MARKETING PROJECT
CYBER-AWARE POSTERS, Don’t Feed the Phish (2022)
Problem: When Medibank experienced a cyber breach in October 2022, we had an overwhelming response from clients concerning their customer data and business reputation. With so much hysteria online and in the media, we wanted to give our clients simple, straightforward advice to staff members about how to watch out for scams and prevent a breach where possible.
Solution: I had the idea of compiling 3 cybersecurity posters that could be shared with clients to coincide with ‘Cyber Awareness Month’ which occurs in Australia and New Zealand in October. I copy-wrote and designed a set of educational cybersecurity posters and resources for DELL customers to visually encourage cybersecurity posture. These posters were shipped to all Customers who wished to receive resources.
Results: The feedback we received as a team from customers and Sellers was positive. We also tracked a 10% increase in new subscribers to the ‘State of the Threat’ newsletters and higher engagement with webinars.
Tools: Assets were created in Adobe Indesign and made available in A3 print-outs for easy placement around the office and digital form for internal company comms.
